At Kit-Cat Klock, we want you to be delighted with your iconic timepiece; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your clock in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack with Care
Place the clock and all original components, including the tail and eyes, back into the original protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your clock for quality assurance, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
